How did I manange so long without one?!!!
3 of 3 found this helpful This is a gem of water boiler. The large water tank means you are not constantly filling the reservoir up as there are 4 of us in the house who drink a lot of tea. The water is dispensed so quickly and is so hot it makes perfect tea or coffee. The variable dispenser means that any size of cup can be filled. The smaller version, of this model, does not have this facility. By only boiling just enough water for your needs you won't be wasting electricity boiling a full kettle just for 1 cup of hot water. The instructions that came with are excellent showing you 2 different ways to de-scale the unit, if needed, and how to use it properly. Finally it looks really great with the reservoir turning a brilliant shade of blue when being used. Just a small negative is that the power lead could be a little longer, but as I said this is a small negative. I would, and have, recommend to anyone to buy one of these, you will not be disappointed.
