  Where do I start. Before they even shipped it they said they had to cancel it because they miscalculated shipping and weren’t going to make them enough money. Shipping cost more than the actual product by the way. Once they finally shipped it, it arrived two days late. Once it arrived there were multiple broken parts. The boxes inside were opened and components were everywhere. When i told them this they basically said “that sucks.” Also, it was listed as new. The product was very used as seen.

  First of all I said there was issues with the post and that the shipping wasn't supposed to be that high and wanted to cancel the order to fix the problem, not to save money. Second I layered that box with bubble wrap and tightly packed them within the container, had I taped the boxes you probably would have complained about that as well. I am truly sorry they were received that way, but I was open and honest with you about the situation from the get-go.
