1 of 1 found this helpful Purchased one for my wife who sings lead in a praise band after I finally got sick of hearing her thru a Shure SM58 for so long. Wow, what a difference... much more open and accurate sounding, distinctly better at low volumes, and easier for her to control. Just like EV's motto, she really 'cuts thru the mix' now. It is also lighter/more comfortable in the hand than the Shure while still being substantial... better looking, too. Ended up buying 2 more for male vocalists who experienced the same improvements in sound quality, all for ~25% less money than the Shure. Superior performance and a great value. Highly Recommended!!!!
