Ordered on 12 September but no communications regarding delivery. Tracking shows "stalled". However I received a notification from the Royal Mail saying that no postage had been paid on an item (no description) and it cost me £7 to get delivery. To my dismay it was the £5.99 colour restorer. I have twice written to Nuera saying that they had not paid any postage but so far I have not received a reply let alone my £7

This item was shipped by Evri and delivered to the drop off shop myself. Why you have paid Royal Mail is a mistery to me.

Ordered 27/8/24 delivery estimate by 6/9/24 & it’s now 15/9/24 & still waiting. Seller not responded to my last 3 messages which I think is very rude & not what I expect from E bay. Have informed eBay who said they would look at if not arrived by 18/9/24. Can’t comment on item as not received & will be returned if it ever arrives. Will avoid this seller in future
