Remote doesn’t work.
I tried to get it to work many times. Followed all directions tried new batteries and nothing. Ordered a remote from Best Buy and it worked right away. Don’t waste your time and money.

12 of 26 found this helpful Nothing but problems with this thing since I took it out of the box. Beyond frustrating. The presser foot doesn't come all the way down. It keeps eating my fabric. The stitches are skipping. The thread is bunching up under the fabric making knots all over the place. The top thread keeps coming unthread. The needles keep breaking. The touch screen only works sometimes. I've read and reread the manual many times and watched countless YouTube videos to try to get this to work correctly and I just can't. I should have just spend the extra money on a new one.
