Makes perfect cakes, with good rise and texture
1 of 1 found this helpful My husband used to have this GF flour on prescription, but GF products are no longer prescribed in this area. I have tried other GF flours from supermarkets, but none of them bake as well as this flour. There is a good rise and texture to cakes cooked with this flour. It is expensive though, so I save it just for cakes.
