Doesn’t remove viruses & malware software from laptop

It did not do what it was purchased for. It did not remove computer viruses and malware software from the laptop. Seller replies quickly and not rude. All the antivirus programs I had purchased in the past and used in the past would scan out the viruses from the computer which improved performance. The last time my laptop was protected was three or four years ago. This means it has been made vulnerable. Lessons learnt. Due to this , McFee antivirus had to be purchased.
