Glad to have this device
2 of 2 found this helpful This unit is similar to the one at physical therapy & recommend. Easy to use & stow away. A bit pricey perhaps but if you have a pinched nerve or similar condition it's worth it. It becomes part of a routine including some exercises that help maintain an ability to function and make a living. It is important to not slack where that is concerned and at the same time not become dependant on one aspect of the same.
