2 of 2 found this helpful It's content shows valuable knowledge from Dr. Suarez about metabolism because it gives you the reference where the information was found based on research and other studies on the subject.
Sometimes seems kind of repetitive on the same issue that it makes me to skip pages to continue reading, but overall it's a good book.
