full of blockages, on all of the cd's, not happy. need replacement or reimbursement

I could not wait to start watching all those series.
But, right away on the first series (5 disks) on disk 1, 2 and 3 , That’s where I stopped. On all of those the dvd blocks, jams . It is very disapointing. I’m only on the first episode, that’s terrible.
What I would like you to do, is for you to either send me the set again, the whole box (10 series) or reimburse me. If you send me a new set, and only when I receive it will I send the damaged one back to you, or if I receive the reimbursement. Let me know what you can do to fix this situation.
I love the Walton’s series, I had been waiting for a long time before I decided to order them, and now, I’m so disapointed.
