Not that great.
1 of 3 found this helpful I'm not sure if it is just because of my body type but this product seemed like a waste of money. I was hoping to see result by time I finished the packet, but I saw no results. I was very eager to buy this product as one of friends tried the lotion form, however the pill form did not work for me. I am very disappointed.
