No pain or discomfort. Works great !
I had tried a couple of products before I found this one, which made my jaw and gums sore or dried out my nose and was uncomfortable. This one rests on the front of your teeth and lightly suctions your tongue forward. VERY comfortable!! It hasn't stopped the snoring completely, however I am not as loud, it has controlled the amount of snoring and my fiance can now sleep without having to nudge me every 20 minutes. He sleeps and I sleep! We are both very happy!! Thank you for having this available at such a great price!!
