An excellent guide to basic cooking.

I have lost count as to how many copies of this book I have purchased. My mother bought me a previous edition in the sixties. I have taught my daughters, grand children and neighbours children with the aid of the book. An excellent basic guide to home cooking with easy to understand recipes. Useful tips as regards temperatures, measurements and cooking terms. A good buy.
