OK, but basic quality product for a brand name
1 of 1 found this helpful Poor instructions and stickers very difficult to use. Based on this, Airfix models seemed to have gone down in quality. Child initially enjoyed putting together but slightly disillusioned by end.

Refurbished but you wouldn't know it
It came well packaged, almost like new and so far we have had no problems. My previous Dyson lasted 5 years (going just outside the guarantee period) and hopefully this will last for around that length of time. Product is reasonably light, manoeuvring and cleaning well.
