Another great David Giffels book
I ordered The Hardway on Purpose to read for my Bookclub. I’ve enjoyed reading other David Giffels books. I’m looking forward to reading this one.

Gander Newfoundland and their unexpected guests on September 11, 2001
This book is based on the events of September 11, 2001 when all flights were directed to land immediately following the attack on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. It goes into depth about how well the passengers who landed in Gander Newfoundland were treated by the locals. The musical “Come From Away” was based on this book. We enjoyed reading this for our Bookclub.
