A must read.
If your overweight, read this!
We are being manipulated by big industry and a Government who won't admit errors.
I changed my eating habits and diet,thanks to this book, I've have lost 5 stone 4 lbs in 20 weeks and I don't feel hungry.My wife has lost 2 stone 2 lbs and is now a slim trim size 10 again.
You can't argue with Hannah Sutter, who as a corporate lawyer has researched this diligently.
Read in a day cover to cover, a must read and you don't need a degree in statistics or science,if you value yourself.
