First folk cd.
I bought this album because I saw Bert Jansch on the BBC's programs about folk music. The folk scene is an entirely different world to what I'm used to - rock, metal, pop, jazz - but Bert immediately impressed me as being an amazing guitarist. So it's my first folk album and it turns out I quite like it. There are a couple of tracks that stand out: Angie is a devilish solo guitar piece (I'm trying to learn it) and Rosemary Lane a kind of traditional and very melancholy song.
There are 2 CDs spanning his entire career and it came in at under ten pounds, so it's an all round winner. Go buy.
