Quintessence of old school death metal sound.
Quintessence of old school death metal sound. Morrisound studio metal albums are characterized by the sound. Altars Of Madness is another example of great production which differs from modern metal sound. Most Morrisound productions are characterised by loud, heavy snare, scooped mid guitars ('... but guitar is a mid-frequency instrument'... yes, we all heard that... Scooping mids gives more low and high end which give guitars more aggressiveness and that is the point of old school death metal - aggression not sweetness.) The album itself delivers great piece of death metal. Enjoy.
