  I'm sorry but this has got to be a joke. You sell funko pops and send them with a plastic bag? The amount of money you charge for shipping (20 cad) can get you a box + shipping. The pop is damaged upon arrival. I would have thought it's stated to ship pops in boxes not in a shipping bag. Pics are provided to show the severity of the damage.
