  delivery took a while due to seller not getting back to me. I received them finally and the heat pack was cold unfortunately. The corals did not look great and did not recover. They did not look like the photos. I messaged them and they offered a return and refund which was great. Unfortunately communication lapsed and it took a further while for them to physically refund me. They eventually did but things did take longer than expected. It would have been better if I didn't have to keep chasing
