completely misleading size representation- however it seems like great quality
I was very misled by the "8 cup" description. I wrongly assumed that "8 cups" means 8 cups in measurement, ie, 2000 ml. Not so. It seems that "8 cups" would only apply if you drink your coffee out of small delicate cups that can only fit 125 ml (1/2 cup!). In small print it does say 1000 ml on the carton- which translates to 4 cups in measurement! It does seem like a good product in quality-very sturdy, nicely made- but the size does not work for me.

water tastes better
We don't really have a problem with hard water - but we do have scale appearing over time. Don't know yet if this product will impact that, but in the meantime, the taste of our water has improved.
