  Won an item an auction for a low price. Seller did not ship and did not refund for many weeks, seeming to hope I would forget about the item I won. When I requested the item, my money was refunded without comment. That's what the reserve price is for.

  I was on vacation and had the ebay vacation dates set when item sold. As soon as I returned home and could not find the item, we are reorganizing, I promptly refunded the money. This buyer left the feedback during my posted vacation message on ebay.
