As described and works perfectly.

Motherboard was listed as new and it did appear very clean. It was well packaged with return instructions which I didn't need. I was lucky because the motherboard which was sent had a Windows 10 Pro activation Key in the Bios so Microsoft Support was able to locate the key and activate the license. Since the old Windows 8 motherboard was fried I had no way of getting the old key. For $90 I not only got a new motherboard but also a Windows 10 Pro key.
