Polyurethane Varnish
Having hand-painted a set of resin chess pieces in Vellejo polyurethane acrylic primer and paints, I wished to add two protective layers of varnish. It seemed sense to choose the same brand, and options of finish were available.
The product was, along with the primer and coloured paints, a pleasure to use; also their being water soluble made cleaning of brushes etc simple.
A slight foaming of the varnish when worked into intricate areas was easily brushed away, and I wiped this small amount of foam off the brush onto a paper towel. The product dries quickly, and the two 'satin' coats I chose gave the desired result.
A little goes a long way, and my 200ml will last me for many projects.

As Originals - delighted.
These fittings were exactly as described and therefore fitted the exacting requirements of the shower door.
I was unsure as to whether they would be an identical match with the existing (had broken three out of eight). They are in fact a perfectly acceptable likeness, so it is good to now have a few spares.
I have had to replace one roller assembly before, as they have an inherent weakness where the plastic passes through the glass - this may be designed as it saves pressure on the glass (I am cautious not to over tight.
This eight pack was extremely good value, and appear as sturdy as the originals. It was a huge relief to source them, and hope to be able to buy same again if needed.
