Packaging was poor as the items were able to move around in the shoe box it was shipped in. Individual items were bubble wrapped within the shoe box, and the shoe box was placed in an additional box for protection. Seller gained over $1,200 worth of gear and paid half that in total.

Works great, shipped fast, very satisfied!
This refurbished AC shipped quickly and gets my bedroom super cold! I was a little apprehensive because it is refurbished, but the minor scuffs on the front were to be expected. It's been on in my bedroom every night for the past couple of weeks and works great. My room is about 400 sq ft for reference.
