helped me to get a normal life back!

Maybe this isn't for everyone because of the ingredients (habenaro pepper, senna leaf, etc.) might be an irritant to some. But for me it was exactly what I needed to balance me out. I take an probiotic in the morning and in the evening I take formula 1 after my dinner and I am able to feel normal without getting stomach cramps and I am regular and things are good!
