  I purchased a collectible coin, seller sent half of what I paid for and left out all packaging to save on shipping. Only other listing sold making this my only option and it was for a gift so I HAD to have it. After over paying on top of it, and knowing it was a gift, seller gave me two options.. a VERY lowball offer of $10 off, or return it (Wasn’t an option as they know I NEEDED it for a gift and only listing on eBay.) Seller has terrible customer service and I would NEVER deal with again.

  It was not half the order. It was the box for the coin…Offered $10 refund and buyer wanted $20. I felt like this was too much, so offered a full refund and return. Threatened negative feedback if they didn’t get their way. Some people can’t be pleased.
