Fautless switching
Used 2 of these for several years... we had a few of them as office switches to expand ports under desks in my last job. They just seem to work.

Makes great bread
Been using this brand for a while, I've seen it in the back of bakeries... so it's not just me.
Am about to finish my third half kilo, so hundreds of successful loaves. Works well in bread machines.
