Good breeze
This is a handy little fan which priovides a nice breeze and has a built in cooling system (OK just a damp sponge or tissue held where the air passes over it) but it does the job. I have COPD and bought a portable fan on the recommendation of my nurse. It also has a good look, a little more street cred than the little hand-held whirry fans my gran used to carry about.

Good little exerciser
This is exactly the same as the peddler we use at the pulmonary rehab clinic so ideal for using at home to continue the exercises.
