  Whilst wrapped around with bubble wrap, this delicate item was not sufficiently secured within the box and arrived broken in 2 places, one of which was a previous repair , not mentioned in the description. I received a prompt refund from the seller but almost no communication and certainly no understanding or empathy for the disappointment caused to us both.
