M430 is a great value, has enhanced my training
Pros:
Heart rate has been accurate
Reliable GPS
Good battery life overall
I like the style
Easy, useful app (Polar Flow), and web service
A bargain
I like the physical buttons as opposed to a touch screen
Zone lock has been helpful (I'm sure most fitness watches have this feature, but I love it)
Cadence sensor
A few different face styles available
Custom session screen layouts (although these must be configured in app/web service)
Cons:
Occasional synching issues (typically when battery is low)
No nav/maps on watch (but there is a Back to Start feature)
Date/time has changed unexpectedly when battery is low
Charging is occasionally tricky (won't charge unless in one particular position)
No synching available for MapMyRun (yet?)...MMR has Polar listed, but doesn't work with Flow specifically
