Love It
I love that the book was such a great price. I recommend it to anyone who has a poor perception of themselves. She gives practical tips and examples that are priceless!

Great
This is my second one that I have purchased. I need a fabric that is soft to the skin, and this for me is a winner!! I have bought many others, but they were not as soft like this one. The downside is that it is not very easy to get it in and out to clean it, but a small annoyance compared to the softness and how the product helps me!
