The beginning of Alcoholics Anonymous in 1930's as Dr. Bob story history
Great history of how Dr. Bob was afflicted , and overcame his obsession to drink alcohol. History of the grass roots, and start of how AA came to be, in just one State, with a small group of people. Informative, funny, poignant, with photos from the 1930's. Good Read

If you are older, simplify your life and have your dog's food delivered free of charge to your door. No more picking up a heavy bag of 30 pounds into a cart, into your car, out of your car, and into your house. Busy life? Bad back? Elderly? I recommend buying the 30 pound bag and finding it on your door step.
