2-bike rack for Class4 Hitch - good deal, solid hardware, well made
Good quality parts, arrived quickly. Packed OK, disassembled, all hardware and simple instructions included. Heavy square metal tubing for all structural parts, brackets for tires are bent metal rod. Straps to secure bikes are adequate, but I replaced with better and with different lock (my choice). Could use some more padding to minimize scratching bikes, but that's easy to add (I use a swimming pool noodle on the upright of the rack). All in all, very good quality, I am very pleased, would buy again -- works great for my needs, and a good value.
If used as originally designed, I would expect rocking back and forth around the hitch post - to prevent this, use a bungee to hold both bikes down on one side to minimize bouncing.
How I'm using it:
I put two of these racks back-to-back to hold 4 bikes upright in a pickup truck bed with a bedliner, and slide the rack toward the tailgate to simplify removal. I needed one piece of square tubing to join the two racks - without modifying the racks. I can still use both racks separately as originally designed.

Well made rack, adjustable and fits even large bike wheels
Well-made bike or e-bike rear rack. Light weight tubular aluminum with modern mounting points using 3-position bottom mounts (good for even 29 inch bike wheels) and entirely sliding mounts to two points behind seat post. Rack is rather rigid from side-to-side (as if trying to squeeze) - which is preferred if compared to other racks from other firms which are more flimsy. All mounting hardware was included.
I purchased two and they were shipped and packed well in a cardboard box, these would have been retail ready as received. I am very pleased and will likely purchase again when more are needed.
