Good. Not great.
This was the first major upgrade for me from a standard TENS unit. I did a lot of research for what features I wanted in my price point.
Let's start with how it feels. The pulsation selection and fine grained controls (instead of steps) allows you to literally dial in exactly what feeling you are looking for. That's amazing.
What is not amazing is how hard it is to work the little knobs when your hand is slick with electro gel. It's murder. The other downside is that this unit is all manual, and outside of the channel selector buttons (which still have to be lightly pushed down, which is not a problem, because they are huge and clicky), there is nothing 'digital' about it. No touch controls, no LED screen, nada.
Overall, good upgrade from what I had, but I would not make the same choice if given another chance.
