    I have previously bought lots of lovely fabric from this seller and had no problems at all…but this time things seemed to go wrong. My order did not arrive when expected based on their despatch time, I messaged after waiting a week and there was a day’s wait to get a response. The seller kindly resolved the matter by sending my fabric out using the Royal Mail 24hr tracked delivery yesterday and it arrived safely today. I wonder if the seller is simply overwhelmed with orders & needs some help?

I informed seller of this but received no communication. A tracking number then appeared and item delivered 48 hours later. I suspect first order not posted, but no communication to say as such.
