  I received the turtle on the 18th but didn't open until the 24th. The turtle arrived in an undamaged box but only had one layer of bubble wrap surrounding it. There was other paper in the box but it wasn't around the turtle. It was broken In several pieces. I contacted the seller so they could take extra care during packing future items. I didn't ask for a refund or compensation.
