Decent
They stain easily and are pretty difficult to clean but other than that, they are easy to wear and I felt like they helped me keep a better sleep schedule.

Good
Regular cheap keyboard. Not much to say about it except it works, it looks good and didn't break even after a couple months of use.

Price < value
Assembly might take some effort to figure out how to set up the dip bars so they don't wobble, everything else was fine.
The grips aren't really very grippy at all so you might wanna work on grip strength or wear gloves. I've been thinking about removing the grips but I'll have to see about that.
Product is definitely sturdier than I expected and a great product for the price.
Definitely worth the money.
