This afternoon I received a very heavy package and was delighted to find the complete set of Inspector Morse DVDs. A real bargain, in fantastic condition. I bought this on the 16th of December 2023 (about a month from now). The post was lost unfortunately, however I cancelled the order because I had changed my mind about 4 days later. After this, the package never came and weeks later, I had issued a return. What I wasn't expecting was a FULL refund, even though it wasn't either of our faults the package was lost. Maybe It's just customer policy, but still, I'm very thankful of them for doing so. Very trustworthy, 9/10 experience.
