Best of Alias / Freddy Curci songs on this CD
Oh my God! The Live version of Sheriff's "When I'm with you" is so much better than the original version. If you only get the CD for this one song it's well worth it! I must have replayed this a couple hundred times over since I got this CD in the mail. AWESOME! Then there is my very favorite songs "More than words can say", "Waiting for Love" , "Huanted Heart" and Perfect world" all on one CD. I'm in heaven! These are the songs I rock to while I do my aerobic workout everyday. Every one of the 16 songs on this CD is worth replaying a million times over! Why I decide to buy this CD? The Alias Album is a Melodic / AOR gem!!! A must have!!! Alias is fronted by Freddy Curci, one of the best vocalists in Rock History. He's got the combination of vocal talents that singers strive for. He can sing a ballad with a beautiful, smooth voice like Steve Perry of Journey or Kevin Cronin of REO Speedwagon or belt out a rocker with a rough edge on his voice like Brad Delp of Boston. Freddy also has 4 other different areas of vocal expertise that I feel really make him unique. His ability to hold a note on key for an amazing amount of time. The incredibly creative harmonies he does with himself. The way he slides into falsetto like a knife through butter. One of the best ranges I have ever heard! Before Alias, Freddy Curci fronted the band Sheriff and sang the 1989 #1 hit song When I'm With You. Out of the Alias Album are 3 hit songs: More Than Words Can Say, Haunted Heart and Waiting for Love. I love every single song on this CD and often play them over and over to keep me rocking and productive throughout my work day!
