Bottom line? Very positive. Performance exceeded my expectations.
Outlook 2007 has always been buggy. Repeated patches and upgrades by Microsoft did not fix the problems. Purchased Outlook 2010 because it had better reviews than Outlook 2013. Installed seamlessly over Outlook 2007. This also better manages multiple e-mail accounts. I've been very pleased with Outlook 2010 and plan to upgrade Outlook on my wife's computer to Outlook 2010 thus summer.

Portable HDD, great capacity (500GB). Super value for the Buy It Now price.
Needed a portable HDD with a decent capacity. Had to be USB 2.0 or 3.0. Always had good luck with Western Digital products. The minor scratches on the case were not an issue (they can be polished out with toothpaste or jeweler's rouge). What's not to like? It satisfied all my "requirements." This product compares very favorably to similar products. And even though this WD Passport is out of production, WD still offers fairly good service and support for it.

4-Port KVM Switch USB cascadable KB/Mouse + in/out audio
For several years, I used a 4-Port external KVM switch with PS2 connectors for the monitor and mouse. It was time to upgrade. I was looking for a USB switch and the StarTech (SV431DVIUAHR) with audio out and microphone in fit the bill. My only complaint is that you only get one (1) StarTech KVM cable set for the price. You have to purchase three (3) other cable sets to have the full 4-port functionality, which I did. Still and all, it is a very good 4-Port KVM switch.
