Hangman - Dehradun Basmati rice.
Thrilled to bits! proper basmati rice is so different from the starchy, inferior stuff commonly found on supermarket shelves.
I wish I'd thought of looking on Ebay before.
Tonight's chicken biriyani rekindled our enthusiasm for Indian cuisine.

Intelligent design.
Very pleased indeed.
I bought this machine after having to return a cheaper fryer that was so poorly made and packaged that it arrived smashed.
Not so with Tefal, very well packaged and double boxed.
The design is ergonomically thought out with all the features you'd want plus it's own, built in oil filtering system which works a treat.
The only thing I'd change is the weight of the stainless steel body and parts. I know the trend these days is to make things as light as possible, easier to ship, handle and the cost of stainless Steel shaping it,,,,, but, being quite so light, I feel, lays it open to dings and dents, no matter how careful one is, over time.
Overall, very pleased and would recommend.
