    SERIOUSLY BAD SELLER Z----- Didn't receive item, seller knew this as it was marked unable to deliver! Courier then failed to update and took at least a week to not return yet "seller" was unwilling no they refused to refund, despite the issue being between them and courier. AVOID, AVOID and NEVER order unless you want stress and obtuse non answers to any concerns Z-------------------------------------------------------------------

    Thank you Kelly-Ann Morris for the 12 mostly neurotic messages sent to our inbox. Tracking clearly states 'Refused - Returned to Sender' You were told a refund can only be processed when the order has been received back to us, the demand made goes against Ebays policies, you are not exempt from this, no one is. If you allowed the courier to delivery the order it would have arrived. Completely willing to make refunds. Are you willing to pay a sellers wasted postage costs and time wasted?

    From the moment I placed the order I received the package within 3 working days, and I was extremely happy. Condition: Brand new, and it was securely packed. The quality was as it was in the description The seller added a small description on how to operate the Bluetooth, and it was very clear and easy to connect. My only recommendation is to add the Bluetooth ID name. In my case, it was "i-Wave" I strongly recommend this device if you want to make your JBL Bluetooth
