  Seller hadn’t sent by the last day it was due to arrive, (9th Jan) so I requested to cancel as it would be too late. Seller refused cancellation saying it was sent previous week, when it arrived it showed it was posted on the 9th Jan. Skirt smelled mouldy so opened a case seller accepted but didn’t send a postage label, so eBay sent me one. Tracking showed item delivered, but seller didn’t refund, eBay had to step in again and do the refund.
