My Hair Growth Journey Afro Hair Care Journey using Aphogee Keratin 2 Minute Reconstructor
2 of 2 found this helpful Ok so I'm 15 yrs old and I'm trying to grow my hair. My hair is afro curly.
So I don't use that much shampoo only after I've done the inversion method because it contains sulfates that strip my hair of needed minerals. So I wash my hair with clay shampoo and then use the Aphogee Keratin 2 Minute Reconstructor. I leave it on for 15 mins to get max benefit.
It's good because my hair had some heat damage and it makes my hair look healthier and thicker. But if you've got serious heat damage don't use this product. No.
Use Aphogee 2 step Protein Treatment.
This is a light protein treatment the 2 step one is for hair that is more damaged.
I also take biotin but if you are taking biotin make sure you drink at least 2 litres of water a day otherwise fancy a breakout? :) I learned that the hard way!!!!!
But yeah this product is super good, it works in my 3b hair.
Great Product I'd give it 5 stars!
