Cheap 3-D Printer - Awesome
This is my first attempt at 3-D printing and I have to say I'm not disappointed. The machine went together quite easily using the supplied video and despite one or two blurry sections, I managed to complete the assembly in about 5 hours. There was one bit which had to be modified due to one of the smooth metal rods being too long but that was achieved easily with a drill. Also the connection of the wires to the hot bed was a bit dodgy and required me to solder the wires directly. Otherwise, the quality is good and all parts were present. As far as the quality of print is concerned, while I have nothing to compare it to, the 10 or so objects I have produced to date are of excellent quality. I am pleasantly surprised by the whole experience and have no reservations in recommending this product provided you have a little technical know how.
