Lid does not fasten shut

I bought this to store dry dog food in for our border collie, to prevent him getting to it to eat. The feed bin is ok quality for the price however the lid does not lock shut. So all my dog has to do is flick it open with his nose and he can get to the food! It’s completely useless! I would not recommend this if you want a secure feed bin or if you are looking to store it outside as it would just blow open in the wind
