Hatch cover security

After spending some time scratching my head, how best to secure my hatch cover, I found these elasticated rings. Each pack contained enough for two tie-downs, with spare rings. They consist of two aluminium fittings, a silicone type band and the associated screws. I have my centres set about 60mm apart, but they could be stretched more. One of the fittings has a retaining screw to stop you losing the silicone band. I have found them to be great in their simplicity, both in fitting and in use. You will need a small hex. key and spanner or pliers to secure the M3 screw/nut through your cowl or hatch

Incredible reading.

Having first heard of this book on the radio, I just had to read it for myself. I was taken aback. I am not normally a reader of ghost stories, and this book plays with your mind, the likes of which I have not experienced before. I lent the book to both of my daughter's, and because I can't get it back from one of them, wanted another copy for my own collection. Michelle Paver has resurrected my fictional reading with her researched and well written psychological thriller. I couldn't put it down. I've even read her next book, "Thin Air', based on my expectations of this book.
