    Dishonest! Misleading! Seller! Item was listed as NEW! UNUSED!, arrived with scuff marks and dirt on cables, carry case had scuff marks and dirt on it, contacted seller showing photo's of Used Condition of clamps; cables, carry case, sellers responce it may have been better listed as New, Other, Used Condition! would have been more accurate! Buyer's Beware!

Generally good, but same flaws as the old model
Bought to replace a similar hotpoint model which was about 10 years old. All controls are as before so we found it easy to operate. It does heat up quickly and the oven is hotter than the old one at a similar setting. As with the old oven it does not cook evenly, cakes are noticeably more brown on right side. The other main problem we have noticed is that although we bought new saucepans to use on the new cooker, we have found that the hob marks very easily as well as some discolouration from the heat elements. It has put us off Hotpoint as the quality of this range has slipped over time when you would expect them to get better.
