Dangerous
Terrible product. Worked well the first I used it; however when used the 2nd time the flywheel snapped in half whilst in use, resulting in the cutting gear falling from the bottom of the shaft whilst still spinning and the fly wheel breaking free from the engine and bracket. This landed some 5 metres away from me but could easily have had a very different result if the flywheel had span towards me given the proximity of engine to my upper body/head when in use. The product is being returned for a refund and I’ll buy a more expensive item from another brand.

Brilliant machine
I’ve only ever owned Dyson vacuum cleaners but when an opportunity arose to purchase a (now banned under EU regulations) 1200 watt Miele Blizzard, I simply I couldn’t resist. This version came without the Turbo-teq floor tool, which I’d highly recommend buying separately if you have carpets. The standard floor tool does a good enough job on carpets but you will get a workout as it’s difficult to use on the highest setting. The machine obediently follows you around from room to room and the 4 rotating castors glide effortlessly across different floor coverings and thresholds between rooms. Easy to empty the large dirt container which sits at the back of the machine although I have noticed a build up of dust in the corners. This seems to be a flaw in the design as Dyson dust canisters don’t have corners where dust and fluff can collect. A couple of taps on the side of the container will dislodge any remaining fluff and dust - just make sure you do this over a bin or outside if you have dust allergies. All in all I’m very pleased with this Miele vacuum cleaner and highly recommended it if you prefer cylinder vacuum cleaners.

All my quick release tools are neat and tidy
This product is brilliant! All my V8 tools neatly stowed away in one place. Took seconds to install and looks great as well.
